Return period*
The HTTPS://SHRIAYODHYADHAM.COM/ Online Store will accept returns up to 7 days after delivery for the products purchased.
Please contact HTTPS://SHRIAYODHYADHAM.COM/ Online Store at +91-8368383629, to speak to our customer service staff who will give advice on refund process within 24 hours of the delivery. No refund/return request will be accepted after 24 hours of the delivery.
*Perishable/Edible items are not eligible for the return/refund.
Exchange/ refund conditions:
- Damaged products or Deficient on Arrival: Free replacement within 3 days.
- Wrong shipment by HTTPS://SHRIAYODHYADHAM.COM/ Store: Free replacement within 3 days.
- Order cancellation: No charges if items are not shipped. In case of shipped orders, the returns policy will apply.
- Refund with 5% cancellation charges for cancellation requests sent within 3 days for unopened* products only.
- *Unopened items to be returned or replaced must be in the original packing with all inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies, and accessories etc.
Refunds
- Tax (if applicable) is refunded with returns.
- Original shipping and handling charges aren’t refunded.
- If the payment was by Credit/Debit card or Net-Banking, we will refund the money in your Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking account
- Typically, refunds are processed in between 7-21 working days for credit cards and 5-7 working days for debit card and net banking orders.
